E così, come l’anno scorso, io e lui abbiamo avuto la possiblità di passare un week-end a Trevignano. Io non so cosa abbia quel paesino, ma ogni volta sembra di rimanere sospesi nel tempo e di trovarsi in un posto perfetto. Comunque la notizia è che ho provato a fare un video in stop motion, per la prima volta.

120 scatti, 24 secondi, è stato divertente per me fare le foto e poi montarlo; non so per lui dato che è stato un continuo: “Salta! Vai a destra! Vai a sinistra! Corri! Salta! Allontanati!”. Ne seguiranno sicuramente altri.

Spiedini di pollo con pachino

Con un po’ di ritardo sul blog, rispetto alla pubblicazione della foto su flickr, il progetto Foodalicious continua. Questa volta con un secondo piatto, perfetto per una cena di fine estate. Anche in questo caso, la ricetta è facilissima e il risultato è estremamente gustoso.

Ingredienti (per circa 4 spiedini )

- 2 petti di pollo
- 80 gr. di parmigiano
- 100 gr. di pangrattato
- pomodori pachino
- olio
- aceto di vino bianco
- 2 spicchi di aglio
- pepe
- sale
- (e spiedini di legno)

Ricetta

Tagliare i petti di pollo a striscioline e metterle e marinare per un’ora in un recipiente con olio, i due spicchi di aglio, il pepe e il sale.

Nel frattempo preparare l’impanatura con il pangrattato e il parmigiano, bagnare gli spiedini di legno per evitare che si possano bruciare nel forno.

Prendere le le strisce di petto di pollo, impanarle e infilzarle negli spiedini.

Cuocere gli spiedini nel forno a 220° per 15-20 minuti, fino a che non diventano dorati.

Lavare, tagliare e condire i pomodori pachino con olio, sale, basilico e un cucchiaino di aceto.

Ingredients (for 4 skewers)

- 2 chicken breasts
- 80 gr. (2.80 oz.) Parmesan
- 100 gr. (3.50 oz.) Breadcrumbs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- White vinegar
- 2 Cloves garlic
- Black pepper
- Salt
- (and wooden meat skewer)

Recipe

Cut chicken breasts in many strips and place them to marinate for one hour in a bowl in which you mixed oil, garlic thinly sliced, black pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, prepare the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan and soak skewers in water to discourage burning.

Dip the strips of chicken in breadcrumbs with Parmesan and thread the strips into skewers.

Grill skewered chicken at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes until they are crisp.

Wash, cut and season the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, basil and a tablespoon of white vinegar.

Keith Clark, an independent web developer from the UK, has developed a JavaScript solution to IE’s CSS3 shortcomings in relation to CSS3 selectors. CSS3 selectors became the first W3C module to reach proposed recommendation status back in December 2009. His ie-css3.js project (currently in beta) allows Internet Explorer, versions 5 through 8, to identify CSS3 pseudo-class selectors and render any style rules defined with them. Tortino al cioccolato con gelato alla vaniglia

Ed eccoci pronti con la seconda ricetta per foodalicious. Questa volta mi sono buttata su un dolce, non una cosa prettamente estiva, ma c’è anche il gelato…quindi va bene.
La ricetta è facilissima da fare e il risultato è squisito.

Ingredienti (per circa 10 tortini )

- 200 gr di cioccolato fondente
- 200 gr di burro
- 160 gr di zucchero
- 40 grammi di farina
- 4 uova
- Gelato alla vaniglia
- Ribes rosso
- Zucchero a velo

Ricetta

Prendere dei contenitori monoporzione in alluminio: infarinarli e imburrarli. Mettere nel freezer a raffreddare.

Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria con il burro e lo zucchero, sbattendo bene con una frusta per montare il composto. Fuori dal fuoco, incorporare le uova (una alla volta) e la farina.

Distribuire il composto nei contenitori in alluminio e mettere in freezer per almeno 2 ore.

Riscaldare il forno a 220 ° C e cuocere il composto appena tolto dal freezer per 10-15 minuti.

Guarnire con gelato alla vaniglia, ribes rosso e zucchero a velo.

Ingredients (for about 10 brownies)

- 200 gr (7.05 oz.) dark chocolate
- 200 gr (7.05 oz.) butter
- 160 gr (5.64 oz.) sugar
- 40 gr (1.41 oz.) flour
- 4 eggs
- vanilla ice cream
- red currants
- icing sugar

Recipe

Get the aluminum tart pans, butter and flour them. Leave the tart pans in the freezer to cool.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with butter and sugar, beating well with a whisk to mount the compound. Off the heat, stir in the eggs (one at a time) and the flour.

Distribute the mixture into the aluminum tart pans and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Heat oven to 220°C and bake the mixture just taken out the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with vanilla ice cream, red currants and icing sugar.
